I believe movement should make you feel stronger, not just physically, but mentally. My approach to training is built on years of experience as both a competitive figure skater and dancer, where discipline, body awareness, and performance were everything. I’ve worked with some of the best trainers in the industry and learned what truly creates long-term results: smart programming, proper form, and consistency. In college, I became a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and today I work 1:1 with clients in-person (either in their home or apartment gyms) or virtually. Every session is personalized to your goals, experience level, and lifestyle whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, or simply feel more confident in your body.
